The DAL Graduate Development Programme is a fundamental component of the strategic initiatives identified to support the Group’s ambitious growth plan. The Graduate Development Programme plays an important role in building viable leadership pipeline for the Organisation in line with DAL Group’s overall talent management strategy.

It aims to attract, develop and retain high potential graduates who distinguished themselves by obtaining high academic standards from recognised Universities and have less than two years work experience so that they become future leaders across the DAL businesses

Apprenticeship Program

Apprenticeship Program is our flagship program, where fair opportunities are provided for young talented graduates holding a BSc or a Diploma from technical disciplines (Mechanical, Agricultural or Electrical).

The program is designed to attract fresh graduates who are keen to develop their hands-on skills, eager to master the technical knowledge and experience to pursue a career in service engineering

I joined DAL in June 2009 in the First Batch of Graduates Development Program that was mainly focusing on Supply Chain Management Functions.

The program covered different Supply Chain modules and gave me the privilege to rotate among different business units; in addition to the opportunity to diverse my knowledge, enrich my skills, thoughts and views about how the Business and operations are running and how its vary among the different Sectors and diverse types of Goods and services provided to the Customer

In May 2010 I have been permanently based in DAL Motors in the Vehicles Sales Admin Department (Supply Chain), where was the beginning of the success and achievements Journey.
